About the Author Hirotaka Nakano was born in Aomori Pref. in 1942, and graduated from Kuwasawa Design School in 1964. After an early career in animation and design, he became involved in picture book creation. A Fish and the Moon, The Boy with the Baggy Jacket, The Cat and the Crows, An Adventure on My Ship, I'm a Big Boy Now!, Where Does Garbage Go, Let's Try to Swim, A Zoo in a Maze and Itchy Itchy are all published by Fukuinkan Shoten Publishing Co. Mr Nakano lives in Tokyo.
He knew this in Japanese edition, so was easy to understand the story. We’d like to read this kind of translated books more.
